Empowering Change: Final Life, Leadership, and Business Coaching Session for 42 Young Women and Girls
As part of the “Using Communication to Reduce the Vulnerability of Young Women and Girls to Sex Trafficking in Edo State” project, the second and final Life, Leadership, and Business Coaching session has successfully concluded. This initiative brought together 42 vulnerable young women and girls from six different communities to equip them with the tools they need to thrive personally, economically, and socially.
During the sessions, participants received comprehensive training in:
* Legal literacy and business registration
* Financial literacy and business management
* Digital marketing skills
* Leadership and community engagement
This impactful training aimed not only to build business acumen but also to foster leadership potential. As a result, these young women are now better prepared to start and grow their businesses, advocate for themselves, and take on leadership roles in their communities.
They are not just beneficiaries—they are change agents, ready to lead transformation and reduce the risks of exploitation and trafficking in their environments.
We are proud of their growth and confident in their ability to shape a brighter future for themselves and others.
