GPI has vacant positions for 2 field Officers in her Edo State Centre to execute the project titled ‘Don’t Pay With Your Life.’ We are executing the project with ECPAT France with financial support from ECPAT Luxembourg and French Agency for Development

Vacant Positions:

  1. Field Officers – Females (2)


Edo North (Etsako West/Etsako Central, Owan East/Owan West)


The field officers shall be responsible for the successful organization of project based activities  in  the LGAs of the above location. These include and are not limited to the mobilisation for and execution of:

  1. Carry out sensitisation in schools on human trafficking and migration
  2. Conduct peer education in schools
  3. Mobilised communities and relevant stakeholders for Town hall meetings, Market Campaigns, etc.
  4. Report writing


 Concrete demonstrable experience and other qualifications to include:

  • Community mobilisation skills.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of current community challenges and opportunities relating to irregular Migration and Human trafficking.
  • Proficiency in word processing, Email and use of Social Media.
  • Possession of a smart phone, laptop or access to personal computer
  • Fluency in Etsako language or Owan Language, HND and B.SC holders shall be an added advantage.
  • Residence in the LGAs is compulsory

  • Behave Ethically: Understand ethical behaviour and business practices, and ensure that own behaviour and the behaviour of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of GPI
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally, to achieve the goals of GPI interventions in Edo North.

Working Conditions

  • Field Officers shall work from their homes in one of the LGA they are employed to cover, but be responsible for all the project activities in two LGAs (Owan West and Owan East; Etsako West and Etsako Central)
  • Field Officers shall work a standard 40 hour week which may spread across office hours, evenings and weekends.

 Remuneration: Competitive and Negotiable

Duration: 12 Months
