GPI Programmes
GPI has developed a curriculum for behavioural change communication (BCC) on sexuality and Sexual/reproductive health/rights of adolescent girls.
Through the weekly meetings, the girls learn what being healthy entails and they acquire skills that transform them into gender sensitive, articulate and confident young women.
The program has necessitated the development of resource centres in its four centres where literature and materials on issues that have to do with women and adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights are available.
Furthermore, GPI is involved in the publication of newsletters, pamphlets, and books. These publications are meant for educating girls and communicating women and adolescent reproductive health rights issues to other people or outsiders who are not opportuned to join the organisation.
