Noteworthy is the fact that some GPI graduates have themselves commenced social action in their communities through groups they have put together for that purpose. graduate students of gpiYoung Girls Foundation (YGF) is the latest of the seed groups founded by Lucy Isimeme Ejodamen, a 2004 graduate of GPI Benin. YGF, which is located in Ibadan and Benin City is actively involved in the fight against prejudices that perpetuate the disadvantaged position of girls in the Nigerian Society.
